Before, during and after my pregnancy with my son Sky in 2007, working out was integral in my daily life. Exercising has definitely helped me produce the endorphins that I needed to be a healthy and stress-free mom to my now very active two-year old.

Being in the health and fitness industry for 6 years and a passionate fitness professional, I designed  STROLLER MOMMIES to give each mommy a personalized workout while spending time with their babies outdoors.

*Gigi Lampa-Alcantara, the instructor behind STROLLER MOMMIES is a licensed Physical Therapist and a part-owner/ trainer at Elorde Boxing Gym-Gilmore. She is also the Mommy behind Embracing Everyday and The Fit Mommy blog. She runs 5K, 10K races, 10-milers and finished three half-marathons in 2008-2009.
